1). Students should be reading 15-20 minutes every night using strategies such as: rereading to understand, using background knowledge and journaling. If a student does not understand certain words and rereading does not work, he/she should look it up in the dictionary.2).No new Spelling.
3). Literature Circles have now ended. Literature Circles Journal Packet (completed) is due on Monday, June 20/11. Group presentations also start Monday, June 20/11.
